About the SAYA-PT505 Pull Type
The SAYA-PT505 Pull Type is a 55" no-till drill equipped with a pull-type hitch designed specifically for RTVs and smaller tractors. The 12V electrical actuator makes it simple to transfer from working to transport position by pressing a button — no hydraulics required. The PT505 comes with 7 ground-cutting spring-loaded coulter discs and spring-loaded double disc openers with cast iron hubs mounted on cast iron swept-back disc carriers. Heavy spring-loaded press wheels ensure excellent seed-to-ground contact for superb germination. The divided stainless steel hopper features a front section (4.00 cu. ft.) with large seed cups and a rear section (3.00 cu. ft.) with legume seed boxes, allowing simultaneous planting of two different seed types. Disc scrapers keep the coulters clean in sticky conditions. At 1,532 lbs with 7.5" row spacing and a working depth of 3/4" to 2", this drill delivers serious no-till performance without needing a 3-point hitch.
